AGM 2020
Le Chéile AC’s Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday 25th November 2020. Due to the ongoing Covid situation the meeting will take place via Zoom at 7.30pm. An email with the meeting details will be sent to all members & parents/guardians of juveniles in advance.
Any motions for debate, amendments to the constitution and nominations for the management committee must be forwarded in writing to the secretary or via email to secretary@lecheileac@gmail.com no later than 12 noon Wednesday 18th November 2020.
In line with the constitution the agenda will be as follows:
• Welcoming address from chairperson
• Minutes of previous AGM
• Matters arising and approval of minutes
• Appointment of trustees (3) for AGM
• Reports from officers
• Approval of financial statement
• Setting of annual membership fees
• Reports of any EGM since last AGM
• Chairperson’s address
• Amendments to this constitution
• Motions for debate
• Election of a management committee
• Any other business
