There are a number of groups for adults within Le Chéile catering for all interests and levels of ability.

Fit4Life:  The Fit4Life Programme is designed to give people the opportunity to get fit and enjoy running in a structured environment. Participants set their own goals and are assisted by the trained Fit4Life leaders. The emphasis is on improving fitness in a fun, sociable environment and no previous experience is required. All ability levels are catered for and participants exercise with others of a similar fitness level.   

Track & Field: The Senior Track and field group focuses on event specific training for all track and field events with groups for sprinting, middle distance running, jumps, throws and hurdles. All are welcome to join this group. 

Hill Running: There is a vibrant Hill running group within the club who run in the Wicklow mountains most weekends and also take part in IMRA races. 

Marathon Running: There are a large number of athletes in the club who take part in long-distance running and there are usually a large number  in training for marathons & ultra-marathons all year around. If you are interested in marathons, let one of the coaches know and they will put you in contact with someone with similar goals and race targets.
