The times for the club’s organised training sessions are shown below.  Please note that ad-hoc training sessions are often organised prior to competitions, athletes will be given notice of these sessions in advance.

Training is focused on track, cross county and road race distances up to 10k. All members welcome and different ability levels catered for.
