It is very important that athletes wear the chip timed number assigned to them – not doing so affects both the efficiency of results being produced and also their accuracy.
Entry lists are now available via link on our facebook page (copied below) and it is important to check these thoroughly and advise us of any spelling mistakes/incorrect county or team allocations so they can be corrected ahead of Sunday. No on the day entries or amendments allowed – refusal often offends.

Entry fee is €5.00 per adult to the event and we ask that you have the money ready at entry to ensure there are no delays.
Registration opens at 10:15 am and numbers are to be collected by a nominated club official. There is no need for athletes to be coming to the registration area.
Registration will close at 11:30 am and any Senior athletes who have not collected their numbers by then can do so at the finish line area.
Please allow sufficient time to reach the venue safely, time for parking and for athletes to warm up and familiarise them-self with the course.
Wishing everyone a great day of Cross Country where I’ve no doubt we will experience some fantastic battles for places and great team spirit among our athletes.
Thank you to everyone at Adamstown AC supported by Athletics Wexford for the work over the past weeks preparing the course and the work that will continue long after the last race is over on Sunday.
